Art. 127 Europäisches Patentregister
Das Europäische Patentamt führt ein Europäisches Patentregister, in das die in der Ausführungsordnung genannten Angaben eingetragen werden. Vor Veröffentlichung der europäischen Patentanmeldung erfolgt keine Eintragung in das Europäische Patentregister. Jedermann kann in das Europäische Patentregister Einsicht nehmen.
