Art. 143 Besondere Organe des Europäischen Patentamts
1) Die Gruppe von Vertragsstaaten kann dem Europäischen Patentamt zusätzliche Aufgaben übertragen. 2) Für die Durchführung der in Abs. 1 genannten zusätzlichen Aufgaben können im Europäischen Patentamt besondere, den Vertragsstaaten der Gruppe gemeinsame Organe gebildet werden. Die Leitung dieser besonderen Organe obliegt dem Präsidenten des Europäischen Patentamts; Art. 10 Abs. 2 und 3 sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
