Art. 38 Eigene Mittel der Organisation
Eigene Mittel der Organisation sind: a) alle Einnahmen aus Gebühren und sonstigen Quellen sowie Rücklagen der Organisation; b) die Mittel des Pensionsreservefonds, der als zweckgebundenes Sondervermögen der Organisation zur Sicherung ihres Versorgungssystems durch die Bildung angemessener Rücklagen dient.
