Art. 66 Wirkung der europäischen Patentanmeldung als nationale Anmeldung
Eine europäische Patentanmeldung, der ein Anmeldetag zuerkannt worden ist, hat in den benannten Vertragsstaaten die Wirkung einer vorschriftsmässigen nationalen Anmeldung, gegebenenfalls mit der für die europäische Patentanmeldung in Anspruch genommenen Priorität.
