§ 16 Nachweis der Ausbildereignung
(1) Für den Erwerb des Fortbildungsabschlusses nach dieser Verordnung hat die zu prüfende Person ihre berufs- und arbeitspädagogischen Qualifikationen nachzuweisen durch 1. eine erfolgreich abgelegte Prüfung nach § 4 der Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung oder 2. eine andere erfolgreich abgelegte vergleichbare Prüfung vor einer öffentlichen oder staatlich anerkannten Bildungseinrichtung oder vor einem staatlichen Prüfungsausschuss. (2) Der Nachweis ist vor Beginn der letzten Prüfungsleistung vorzulegen.
