§ 26 Fernhalten des Wildes
Der Jagdausübungsberechtigte sowie der Eigentümer oder Nutzungsberechtigte eines Grundstückes sind berechtigt, zur Verhütung von Wildschäden das Wild von den Grundstücken abzuhalten oder zu verscheuchen. Der Jagdausübungsberechtigte darf dabei das Grundstück nicht beschädigen, der Eigentümer oder Nutzungsberechtigte darf das Wild weder gefährden noch verletzen.
