§ 8 Hinterlegung nach Maßgabe des Budapester Vertrags
Im Fall einer Hinterlegung nach dem Budapester Vertrag richten sich die Freigabeerklärung, die Herausgabe von Proben, die Verpflichtungserklärung und die Aufbewahrungsdauer ausschließlich nach den Regeln des Budapester Vertrags und der zu diesem ergangenen Ausführungsordnung (BGBl. 1980 II S. 1104, 1122) in ihrer jeweils geltenden Fassung.
