Art. 6
4 Zuständigkeit im Einzelfall 1 Im Einzelfall entscheidet über Leistungen aus dem Feuerwehrfonds: a. der/die Feuerwehrkommandant/in bis zum Betrag von Fr. 2’000.–; b. der Führungsstab auf Antrag des Feuerwehrkommandanten / der Feuerwehrkommandantin bei einem Betrag von mehr als Fr. 2’000.– bis Fr. 5’000.–; c. die zuständige Direktion bei einem Betrag von mehr als Fr. 5’000.–. 2 Gegen die Entscheide des Feuerwehrkommandanten oder der Feuerwehrkommandantin, des Führungsstabes oder der zuständigen Direktion nach Abs. 1 kann innert 20 Tagen seit Zustellung Beschwerde an den Stadtrat eingereicht werden.
