Finantsinspektsioon teostab järelevalvet käesoleva seaduse 2. peatükis ja §-s 29 sätestatud nõuete järgimise üle Finantsinspektsiooni seaduses nimetatud järelevalve subjektide poolt kliendile osutatavate finantsteenuste reklaamis.
