Art. 6 Begründungspflicht
Im Antrag an die eröffnende Behörde ist insbesondere zu begründen: a. weshalb das Vernehmlassungsverfahren gestützt auf Artikel 3 Absatz 1 VlG durchgeführt werden muss oder gestützt auf Artikel 3 Absatz 2 VlG durchgeführt werden soll; b. weshalb gegebenenfalls von der Frist nach Artikel 7 Absatz 3 VlG ausnahmsweise abgewichen werden soll. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 11. März 2016, in Kraft seit 1. April 2016 (AS 2016 929).
