Art. 25 Vollzug
Die Aufsicht und der Vollzug dieses Gesetzes obliegen dem Amt für Volkswirtschaft. Ihm obliegen insbesondere: a) die Erteilung und der Entzug von Bewilligungen (Art. 3 und 13); b) die Anerkennung ausländischer Berufsqualifikationen (Art. 6); c) die Führung eines Bauwesen-Berufe-Registers (Art. 27); d) die Kontrolle von Betrieben (Art. 28a); e) die Ahndung von Übertretungen (Art. 31).
