§ 39¹. Riskireserv
(1) Tervisekassa riskireserv on Tervisekassa eelarve vahenditest moodustatav reserv Tervisekassale võetud kohustustest tulenevate riskide vähendamiseks. (2) Riskireservi suurus on 2 protsenti Tervisekassa tervishoiukulude eelarve mahust. (3) Riskireservi võib kasutusele võtta Tervisekassa nõukogu otsusega.
