§ 2 Vorrang der Aufbereitung
(1) Die stoffliche Verwertung von Altölen hat Vorrang vor der energetischen Verwertung und der Beseitigung, soweit dies technisch möglich und wirtschaftlich zumutbar ist. Im Rahmen der stofflichen Verwertung hat die Aufbereitung Vorrang vor alternativ in Frage kommenden Recyclingverfahren nach Maßgabe von § 6 Absatz 2 des Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetzes. (2) Altöle der Sammelkategorie 1 der Anlage 1 sind zur Aufbereitung geeignet.
