Art 305 Berufsverbot
Neben der Strafe, die wegen einer vor dem 1. Januar 1975 begangenen Tat verhängt wird, ordnet das Gericht das Berufsverbot nur an, wenn außer den Voraussetzungen des § 70 des Strafgesetzbuches auch die Voraussetzungen der Untersagung der Berufsausübung oder der Betriebsführung nach bisherigem Recht vorliegen. Das Berufsverbot darf in diesem Fall nicht für immer angeordnet werden.
