Art. 37 Gebäudehöhe
1 Als Gebäudehöhe gilt die absolute Höhe (Schnittpunkt Dachhaut oberkant und Umfassungswände ausserkant) über dem Niveaupunkt. Sie findet zusammen mit der Dachraumbegrenzung Anwendung. Bei Terassenbauten und höhenmässig gestaffelten Bauten gilt diese über der Niveaulinie. 2 Die maximale absolute Gebäudehöhe beträgt in den Zonen: a) W2 und FE: 6 m b) DK und G: 9 m c) IG: 11 m
