Art. 39 Dachraumbegrenzung
1 Alle Dach- und Bauteile sind mindestens um das Mass über der zulässigen, absoluten Gebäudehöhe von der Fassade zurückzuversetzen. 2 Davon ausgenommen sind die Giebelwände eines Satteldaches gleicher Neigung mit einer Giebelhöhe von maximal 4 m, sowie Kamine und Dachaufbauten gemäss nachfolgendem Art. 40.
