Art. 5 Dorfkernzone
1 Dorfkernzone bezweckt die Erhaltung des heutigen charakteristischen Dorfkernes mit ihren Einzelbauten. Sie ist für Wohn-, Laden-, Geschäfts- und kulturelle Bauten sowie für wenig störende gewerbliche Bauten bestimmt. 2 Besonders schöne und wertvolle Siedlungsteile oder Einzelbauten kann der Gemeinderat dem Ortsbildschutz gemäss Art. 12 dieser Nutzungsvorschriften unterstellen. Im Einzelfall kann er auch Fachleute beiziehen. 3 Die Dorfkernzone wird gemäss Lärmschutzverordnung der Empfindlichkeitsstufe III zugeordnet.
