Art. 8 Industrie- und Gewerbezone
1 Die Industrie- und Gewerbezone ist für industrielle und gewerbliche Betriebe mit besonderen Anforderungen an den Standort oder an den Betrieb bestimmt. 2 Wohnungen dürfen nur für betrieblich unbedingt an den Standort gebundenes Personal bewilligt werden. Diese sind hinsichtlich Belichtung, Belüftung und Lärm den Wohnanforderungen entsprechend anzuordnen und auszubauen. 3 Störende Eingriffe und schädliche Auswirkungen auf die weitere Umgebung sind durch geeignete Massnahmen zu vermeiden. Die Industrie- und Gewerbezone ist gemäss Lärmschutzverordnung der Empfindlichkeitsstufe IV zugeordnet.
