§ 3 Wahl der Schriftführer
Der Bundestag beschließt die Zahl der Schriftführer. Sie können gemeinsam aufgrund eines Vorschlages der Fraktionen gewählt werden. Bei der Festlegung der Zahl der Schriftführer und ihrer Verteilung auf die Fraktionen ist § 12 zu beachten. Bei der Abwahl eines Schriftführers ist § 2a Absatz 4 und 5 entsprechend anzuwenden.
