§ 86 Schlussabstimmung
Nach Schluss der dritten Beratung wird über den Gesetzentwurf abgestimmt. Sind die Beschlüsse der zweiten Beratung unverändert geblieben, so folgt die Schlussabstimmung unmittelbar. Wurden Änderungen vorgenommen, so muss die Schlussabstimmung auf Verlangen einer Fraktion oder von anwesenden fünf vom Hundert der Mitglieder des Bundestages ausgesetzt werden, bis die Beschlüsse zusammengestellt und verteilt sind. Über Verträge mit auswärtigen Staaten und ähnliche Verträge findet keine besondere Schlussabstimmung statt.
