§ 23 Kosten
(1) Der Eigner eines Fahrzeugs oder sein Bevollmächtigter trägt die Kosten, die durch die Untersuchung des Fahrzeugs und die Erteilung der Fahrtauglichkeitsbescheinigung entstehen, nach Maßgabe der Besondere Gebührenverordnung Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt. (2) Die Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt kann vor der Untersuchung einen Vorschuss bis zur Höhe der voraussichtlichen Kosten verlangen.
