§ 32 Ausnahmen für Gütermotorschiffe und Sondertransporte
§ 31 gilt nicht für die Beförderung von Fahrgästen 1. auf einem Gütermotorschiff im Sinne des Artikels 1.01 Nummer 1.6 ES-TRIN, wenn a) der Haupterwerbszweck die Güterbeförderung ist und b) die Beförderung von Fahrgästen ausschließlich bei Gelegenheit der Ausübung dieses Haupterwerbszwecks durchgeführt wird, 2. im Rahmen von Sondertransporten nach § 1.21 der schifffahrtspolizeilichen Vorschriften nach § 2 Absatz 1 Nummer 5 Buchstabe b bis d.
