§ 9 Antrag auf Untersuchung
(1) Der Eigner, der Ausrüster oder sein Bevollmächtigter muss die Untersuchung des Fahrzeugs bei der Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt beantragen. Für den Antrag ist das in Anhang V abgedruckte Muster 1 zu verwenden. (2) Die Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt bestimmt 1. das weitere Antragsverfahren und legt insbesondere fest, welche Unterlagen ihr vorzulegen sind, und 2. Ort und Zeitpunkt der Untersuchung.
