Autorités compétentes et procédures 1 Les infractions aux dispositions applicables à la pêche dans le lac Léman, telles qu'énumérées à l'article 46, alinéa 1, sont poursuivies et jugées par les autorités et selon la procédure instituée par chaque canton concordataire, ainsi que par l'Accord international concernant la pêche dans le lac Léman. 2 Les dispositions du code pénal suisse relatives à la compétence matérielle et locale ainsi qu'à l'entraide judiciaire sont applicables par analogie.
