Rückstellungen Für den Unterhalt der Immobilien und die Erneuerung der Einrichtungen werden in der Betriebsrechnung jährlich Rückstellungen vorgenommen und, sofern sie nicht sofort verwendet werden, in den Bau- und Erneuerungsfonds gelegt.
