Budgetkredit 1 Mit dem Budgetkredit ermächtigt der Landrat den Regierungsrat, die Jahresrechnung für den angegebenen Zweck bis zum festgelegten Betrag zu belasten. 2 Der Budgetkredit kann als Einzelkredit oder bei Verwaltungseinheiten mit Leistungsauftrag und Globalbudget als Saldoposten (Globalkredit) gesprochen werden.
