Sperrvermerk 1 Voraussehbare und genügend abgeklärte Aufwände bzw. Ausgaben aus Verpflichtungskrediten, für die bei der Beschlussfassung über das Budget die rechtskräftige Bewilligung noch aussteht, sind mit einem Sperrvermerk ins Budget aufzunehmen. Sie bleiben gesperrt, bis die Rechtsgrundlage in Kraft ist.
