Kreditvorlage: Grundsatz 1 Der Landrat entscheidet über mittelbar gebundene Ausgaben, der Regierungsrat über die unmittelbar gebundenen und tatsächlich gebundenen Ausgaben. 2 Neue Ausgaben und mittelbar gebundene Ausgaben sind dem Landrat mit einer besonderen Vorlage zu unterbreiten, sofern diese Verordnung nichts anderes bestimmt. Dies gilt auch für Projektierungskredite, die 250'000 Franken übersteigen.
