§ 20b Sonderregelungen für Zwischenpachtverhältnisse im Beitrittsgebiet
Auf Zwischenpachtverträge über Grundstücke in dem in Artikel 3 des Einigungsvertrages genannten Gebiet, die innerhalb von Kleingartenanlagen genutzt werden, sind die §§ 8 bis 10 und § 19 des Schuldrechtsanpassungsgesetzes entsprechend anzuwenden.
