§ 1 Anwendungsbereich

Versorgung mit Betriebswasser im unentbehrlichen Umfang, 3. Deckung des Bedarfs an Löschwasser nach dem Wassersicherstellungsgesetz gebaut oder umgebaut werden. Sie gelten nicht für Brunnen und Quellfassungen der zentralen Wasserversorgung.
