Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

16-6-402. Computation of life-cycle costs.

(a) Life-cycle costs shall be the sum of: (i) Initial cost; (ii) The reasonably expected fuel costs over the life of the building based on the energy consumption analysis; and (iii) The reasonable costs of maintenance and operation as they pertain to energy systems. (b) Life-cycle costs shall be computed for two (2) or more alternatives for construction of the facility.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
