Entschädigung 1 Der massgebende Stichtag für die Bemessung der Entschädigung ist jener, an welchem die Eigentumsbeschränkung, die einer Enteignung gleichkommt, eingetreten ist. 2 Die Entschädigung wird in Form einer Geldleistung geschuldet, ausser das Gesetz sehe eine Ausnahme vor, und ist vom Tage der Einreichung der Entschädigungsforderung an zu verzinsen.
