Datenlieferungspflicht 1 Die zuständigen Stellen nach Artikel 6 KGeoIG liefern die Geodaten sowie deren Aktualisierungen in der vorgegebenen Qualität an das Amt für Geoinformation. 2 Die kantonalen Fachstellen nach Artikel 7 KGeoIG stellen sicher, dass die Geobasisdaten, die in der Zuständigkeit der Gemeinden liegen, sowie die Aktualisierungen der Geobasisdaten in der vorgegebenen Qualität an das Amt für Geoinformation geliefert werden.
