Art. 10 Private Infrastruktur / Homeoffice
1 Mitarbeitenden, welche im Homeoffice tätig sind und dafür ihre private Infrastruktur – wie insbesondere Notebook, PC, Tablet, Mobiltelefon, Internetanschluss, Software, Büromaterial etc. – auch geschäftlich verwenden, wird dafür keine Entschädigung ausgerichtet[3]. 2 Die kantonale Regelung über die Benutzung von elektronischen Kommunikationsmitteln[4] gilt dabei sinngemäss.
