Steuerung 1 Das Departement legt Steuerungsmassnahmen nach den Vorgaben des Bundes zur Verhinderung von Schutzplatzdefiziten bzw. –überangeboten fest und bestimmt die Beurteilungsgebiete innerhalb des Kantons. Die Massnahmen sind periodisch, mindestens alle zehn Jahre, zu überarbeiten.
