Geltungsbereich 1Der private Gestaltungsplan, im Sinne von §§ 83 und 85 ff. des Planungs- und Baugesetzes (PBG), gilt für das Gebiet zwischen Bachtobelstrasse und Hegianwandweg, umfassend die Grundstücke Kat.-Nrn. 5884, 7959 und Teile von 6844 mit einer Gesamtfläche von 21 500 m². 2Der Gestaltungsplan setzt sich aus den nachstehenden Vorschriften und dem zugehörigen Plan im Massstab 1:1000 vom 31. Januar 2000 zusammen.
