Grenz- und Gebäudeabstände 1Es darf auf die Mantellinien gebaut werden. 2Gegenüber ausserhalb des Gestaltungsplan-Gebiets liegenden Grundstücken ist ein Abstand von 3,5 m einzuhalten.
