Title 24 Highways

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

What to do with it
As published

county expenditures; exception; acquisition of right-of-way. Any county participating in the industrial road program shall match money equally with money set aside pursuant to W.S. 24-5-118. These funds may be derived from any funds in the respective county budget now available or any monies which may subsequently be budgeted for this program, provided, however, no county shall expend on this program in excess of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) each and every biennium. This act shall not apply to any project having a total cost of less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) total. The board of the county commissioners of each county shall acquire the right-of-way for any industrial road, the expense of which shall be charged against the industrial road program.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
