§ 2 Übergangsvorschrift
Die AMG-Einreichungsverordnung vom 21. Dezember 2000 (BGBl. I S. 2036), die zuletzt durch Artikel 353 der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 2006 (BGBl. I S. 2407) geändert worden ist, die Verordnung zur Festlegung von Anforderungen an den Antrag auf Zulassung, Verlängerung der Zulassung und Registrierung von Arzneimitteln vom 21. Dezember 1989 (BGBl. I S. 2547) und die AMG-Anzeigeverordnung vom 12. September 2005 (BGBl. I S. 2775), die durch Artikel 9 des Gesetzes vom 19. Oktober 2012 (BGBl. I S. 2192) geändert worden ist, sind jeweils in ihrer bis zum 18. Mai 2015 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden, soweit Regelungen nach § 1 nicht in Kraft sind.
