§ 3c Schadstoff- und Fremdstoffminimierung
(1) Die in § 1 Absatz 2 Genannten wirken darauf hin, dass die in dieser Verordnung genannten Schadstoffhöchstwerte für unbehandelte und behandelte Bioabfälle und Gemische so weit wie möglich unterschritten werden. Generelle Anbaubeschränkungen oder sonstige in dieser Verordnung nicht genannte Beschränkungen lassen sich aus dem Erreichen oder Überschreiten der Bodenwerte nach § 9 Absatz 2 nicht herleiten. (2) Die in § 1 Absatz 2 Genannten wirken darauf hin, dass bei der getrennten Sammlung, Aufbereitung, Behandlung, Gemischherstellung und Aufbringung von Bioabfällen die Kontrollwerte für Gesamtkunststoff nach § 2a Absatz 3 und die Fremdstoffgrenzwerte nach § 4 Absatz 4 so weit wie möglich unterschritten werden; dabei ist insbesondere eine Vermeidung von Kunststoff als Fremdstoff in Bioabfällen anzustreben.
