§ 105. Märgitud lepinguosalised
(1) Taotluses märgitakse riigid või organisatsioonid, kus rahvusvahelise taotluse esitaja soovib kaubamärki kaitsta. (2) Märkida võib lepinguosalisi, kes on protokolli ratifitseerinud või sellega ühinenud ja kelle ratifitseerimine või ühinemine on jõustunud.
