§ 118. Muutmistaotluse tagasivõetuks lugemine
(1) Patendiamet loeb muutmistaotluse tagasivõetuks, kui taotleja ei esita tähtpäevaks Patendiametile „Kaubamärgiseaduse” § 71³ lõikes 3 nimetatud tõlget ja andmeid või ei tasu riigilõivu. (2) Tagasivõetuks loetud muutmistaotluse menetlus lõpetatakse.
