§ 4. Mikrolülituse mõiste
Mikrolülitus (ingl integrated circuit) käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on elektroonse funktsiooniga lõpp- või vahetoode, milles selle elemendid, millest vähemalt üks on aktiivelement, ning kõik elementide vahelised ühendused või osa nendest ühendustest on teostatud alusmaterjali sees või selle materjali pinnal.
