§ 3. Äriregistrisse kandmine
(1) Äriregistrisse kantakse eraõiguslikud juriidilised isikud. (2) Äriregistrisse võib kanda Eestis tegutseva välismaa äriühingu filiaali. (3) Seaduses sätestatud ulatuses kantakse äriregistrisse ka Eestis tegutsevad füüsilisest isikust ettevõtjad.
