§ 5. Äriregistri pidamine
(1) Äriregistrit peab Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond (edaspidi registripidaja). (2) Äriregistrit peetakse elektrooniliselt. (3) Äriregistri vastutav töötleja on Justiits- ja Digiministeerium ning volitatud töötlejad on registripidaja ja valdkonna eest vastutava ministri määratud e-äriregistri haldaja.
