§ 7. Määruse rakendamine
Hoonele, mille ehitusloa taotlus või ehitusteatis on esitatud enne käesoleva määruse jõustumist, võib kohaldada käesoleva määruse nõuete asemel majandus- ja taristuministri 2. juuni 2015. a määruse nr 52 „Olulise energiatarbega tehnosüsteemile esitatavad nõuded” nõudeid.
