Organisation und Berichterstattung 1 Die GESPA organisiert sich im Rahmen der Vorgaben dieses Konkordats selbst. 2 Sie unterbreitet der Trägerschaft jährlich einen Jahresbericht zur Kenntnisnahme, zusammen mit der von der Revisionsstelle geprüften Jahresrechnung. 3 Sie erstattet der Trägerschaft alle vier Jahre einen Rechenschaftsbericht.
