Gebührenpflicht 1 Wer eine Verfügung der GESPA veranlasst oder eine Dienstleistung der GESPA beansprucht, muss dafür Gebühren bezahlen. 2 Die GESPA kann für Verfahren, die einen erheblichen Kontrollaufwand verursachen und nicht mit einer Verfügung enden, im Einzelfall Gebühren erheben, sofern der Gebührenpflichtige Anlass zu dieser Untersuchung gegeben hat.
