§ 10 Anerkannte Nachweise
Anerkannte Nachweise über die Erfüllung der Anforderungen nach den §§ 4 bis 6 sind: 1. Nachhaltigkeitsnachweise, solange und soweit sie nach § 11 oder § 18 ausgestellt worden sind, 2. Nachhaltigkeitsnachweise nach § 16, 3. Nachhaltigkeitsnachweise nach § 17 und 4. Nachhaltigkeitsnachweise, die nach § 14 der Biomassestrom-Nachhaltigkeitsverordnung vom 23. Juli 2009 (BGBl. I S. 2174), die zuletzt durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 26. Juni 2018 (BGBl. I S. 827) geändert worden ist, anerkannt sind und bis zum Ablauf des 7. Dezember 2021 ausgestellt worden sind.
