Tout médecin, chirurgien ou autre officier de santé qui, pour favoriser quelqu'un, aura certifié faussement des maladies ou des infirmités propres à dispenser d'un service dû légalement ou de toute autre obligation imposée par la loi, sera puni d'un emprisonnement de huit jours à deux ans. S'il a été mû par dons ou promesses, il sera puni d'un emprisonnement d'un an à cinq ans; il pourra, de plus, être condamné à l'interdiction, conformément à l'article 24.
